Ultimate guide to install Lollipop soak test OTA on any Moto X (2nd gen)

Pre-requisites:
1: Any moto x 2nd gen. Doesn't matter which model.
2: Moto X multi tool v3 from XDA site. (here)
3: AT&T modem file from here.
4: OTA update file from here.
5. Download the Motorola drivers from here.
6: [OPTIONAL] Modem file of your version. Recommended for best network settings.
7. Download mfastboot from here.
Let's start
BACKUP all your data first, because you will lose all your data after this step.
Install all the drivers from the above link.
Download the multi tool from the above link and extract it.
Enable USB debugging on your phone and connect your phone to PC and run RUN_ME.bat from the multi tool and select the 4th option (flash total stock with data wipe).
your phone will be fully formatted and flashed with the xt1095 firmware.
After this connect your phone again and enable USB debugging and type the command:
adb reboot bootloader
to boot into bootloader and then flash the at&t modem using command:
mfastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.img
After this boot into recovery by typing:
adb reboot recovery
or by selecting the recovery option in the bootloader.
Then select install update from adb and install the update file using:
adb sideload filename.zip
*type the name of the update file instead of filename.zip
Wait for it to complete, then reboot your phone...you will have lollipop running but maybe without any signal if you are not at&t user...
For that, flash your modem or the modem included in the multi tool.
Just copy the modem file, which is NON-HLOS.bin to the mfastboot folder, reboot the phone into bootloader and flash it.
Enter the following commands to flash:
mfastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
mfastboot erase modemst1
mfastboot erase modemmbn
mfastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
That's it.
You will have lollipop up and running on your moto x in no time.
